(1) The Town Sports Council shall be constituted as per the composition specified in Schedule-V. The State Government may, by notification, add, modify, rescind or alter composition of the Town Sports Council.

(2) The President of the Town Sports Council shall nominate the nominated members of the Town Sports Council.

21. There shall be an executive committee for every Town Sports Council consisting of its President, Secretary and two members to be nominated by the President of the Town Sports Council of whom one shall be a woman.
