Section 10

The Haryana State commission For Scheduled Castes Act,2018State Act of Haryana · Act 34 of 2018

(1) The Government may, at any time, and shall, at the expiration of ten years from the coming into force of this Act and every succeeding period of ten years thereafter, undertake revision of the Scheduled Castes in the State.

(2) The Government while acting under sub-section (1) shall consult the Commission.
