Section 46

The Haryana State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2020 (6 of 2020)State Act of Haryana · Act 6 of 2020

(1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette make rules to provide for all matters for which provision is necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.

(2) The rules framed under sub-section (1) shall be subject to previous publication.

(3) Every rule made under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be, after it is made, before the House of the State Legislature.
