The Haryana Town Improvement Act, 2008 (36 of 2008)State Act of Haryana · Act 36 of 2008

(1)The State Government may, by notification, delegate all or any of its powers under this Act, except the power to make rules.

(2)The State Government may, by notification, delegate to any officer not below the rank of an Assistant Commissioner all or any of the powers conferred under this Act on the Deputy Commissioner.

(3)Every delegation of power under sub-section (1) or subsection (2) may be subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified.
