Section 37

The Haryana Town Improvement Act, 2008 (36 of 2008)State Act of Haryana · Act 36 of 2008

(1) A scheme under this Act may be framed upon an official representation by the committee or of its own in consultation with Deputy Commissioner.

(2) An official representation referred to in sub-section (1) may be made by the committee on its own motion.
