Section 45

The Haryana Town Improvement Act, 2008 (36 of 2008)State Act of Haryana · Act 36 of 2008

(1) The State Government may sanction, either with or without modification, or may refuse to sanction, or may return for reconsideration, any scheme submitted to it under section 44.

(2) If a scheme returned for reconsideration under sub-section

(1) is modified by the trust, it shall be re-published in accordance with section 40—

(a) in every case in which the modification affects the boundaries of the locality comprised in the scheme, or involves the acquisition of any land not previously proposed to be acquired; and

(b) in every other case, unless the modification is in the opinion of the State Government not of sufficient importance to require republication.
