(1) In this section and in sections 76,77,80 ard 82 the word "p!anU means the mastrplan as well as the sector development plan for a sector.

(2) Every plan shall, as may be, after its preparation be submitted by the Local Development Authority to the State Government in the Town and Country Planning Department for apyroval and the Government may ci ther approve the plan without modification or with such modifications as it may consider necessaryor reject the plan with directions to the h a 1 Devclopment Authority to prepare a fresh plan according to such directions.
