The Haryana Veterinary Council Act, 1976 (37 of 1976)State Act of Haryana · Act 37 of 1976

(1) With effect from such date as the Government may, by not;

fication, appoint in this behalf, there shall be estabIkb,ed for carrying out the purposes of this Act a Council to be known as the thlryana Veterinary Council.

(2) The Council shall be a body corporate with the name aforesaid, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and to contract, and may by that name sue and be sued.
