Section 32

Haryana Water Resources (Conservation, Regulation and Management) Authority Act, 2020 (29 of 2020)State Rules of Haryana · 2020

(1) The provision of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other State law for the time being in force.

(2) The provision of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law for the time being in force.
