Section 1: Short title and extent

The Himachal Pradesh Aerial Ropeways Act, 1968State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 7 of 1969

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Aerial Ropeways Act, 1968.

(2) It extends to the whole of Himachal Pradesh.
