Section 13: Facilities to be afforded to Inspectors 2 [and Expert Committee

The promoter and his servants and agents shall afford to the Inspector 3[or as the case may be, to the members of the Expert Committee] all reasonable facilities for performing the duties and exercising the powers imposed and conferred upon him by this Act or by rules made thereunder
