Section 42: Appointment of Sub-Committee and delegation of powers

The Himachal Pradesh Agricultural and Horticultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2005State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 20 of 2005

The Committee may appoint a Sub-Committee for the conduct of any work or to report on any matter and may delegate to such sub- committee such of its powers or duties as it think fit.
