Section 71: Power of the State Government to amend the SCHEDULE

The Himachal Pradesh Agricultural and Horticultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2005State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 20 of 2005

(1) The State Government may, subject to previous publication, by notification, add to or delete therefrom any of the agricultural produce specified under column-2 in the SCHEDULE and thereupon the said

SCHEDULE shall stand amended accordingly.

(2) Every notification issued under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as may be, after it is issued, be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly.
