Section 11: Operation of other penal laws not barred

The Himachal Pradesh Armed Bands (Arrest and Detention) Act, 1969State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 1 of 1971

Nothing contained in this Act, shall be deemed to prevent any person from being prosecuted under any other law for any act which constitute an offence punishable under this Act:

Provided that no person shall be prosecuted and punished for the same offence more than once.
