Section 23: Vacancies not to invalidate the proceeding of any authority or body of the University

No act or proceeding of any authority or body of 1 Sub-section (6) ins. vide Act No. 17 2012.

16 THE ARNI UNIVERSITY(ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2009 the University shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy or defect in the constitution thereof.
