Section 53: Corrupt practices entailing disqualification

The corrupt practices shall entail disqualification for membership of the Board for a period 20 H. P. AYURVEDIC AND UNANI PRACTITIONERS ACT, 1968 of five years counting from the date on which the finding of the prescribed authority as to such practice has been given:

Provided that the 1[Government of Himachal Pradesh] may, for reasons to be recorded, remove the disqualification or reduce the period thereof.
