Section 9: Disqualifications

The Himachal Pradesh Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners Act, 1968State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 21 of 1968

A person shall be disqualified for being elected or appointed as, and for continuing as, a member,-

(a) if he is a minor or an undercharged insolvent;

(b) if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;

(c) if his name has been removed from the register or list prepared under this Act and has not been re-entered therein.
