Section 23: Vacancies not to invalidate the proceedings of any authority or body of the University

The Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 21 of 2009

No act or proceeding of any authority or body of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy or defect in the constitution thereof.
