Section 38: Annual report

The Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 21 of 2009

(1) The annual report of the University shall be prepared by the Board of Management which shall include among other matters, the steps taken by the University towards the fulfilment of its objects and shall be approved by the Governing Body and copy of the same shall be submitted to the sponsoring body.

(2) Copies of the annual report prepared under sub-section (1) shall also be presented to 4 [ Regulatory Commission and] the Government.
