Section 9: General Fund

The Career Point University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2012State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 12 of 2012

University shall establish a fund, which shall be called the General Fund to which following shall be credited, namely:—

(a) fees and other charges received by the University;

(b) any contribution made by the sponsoring body;

(d) bequests, donations, except from parents and students, endowments and any other grants; and

(e) all other sums received by the University.
