Section 25: Protection of action taken under this Act

The Himachal Pradesh Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1972State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 19 of 1973

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under or in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by virtue of any provisions contained in this Act or any rules made thereunder.
