Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Banks Act, 1979State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 23 of 1979

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Co-operative 5[Agriculture and Rural] Development Banks Act, 1979.

(2) It extends to whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.

THE HIMACHAL PRADESH CO-OPERATIVE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL 5 DEVELOPMENT BANKS ACT, 1979

(3) It shall come into force on such date1 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
