Section 30: Certificate to purchaser

The Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Banks Act, 1979State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 23 of 1979

Where a sale of 5[xxxx] property has become absolute, the sale officer shall grant a certificate specifying the property sold and the name of the person who at the time of the sale is declared to be purchaser. Such certificate shall bear date, the day on which the sale became absolute.
