Section 35: Appointment of sale officers

The Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Banks Act, 1979State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 23 of 1979

The State Government may appoint any officer to be a sale officer for the purpose of conducting sales under this Chapter.

1. Substituted for the words "mortgages executed in favour of the Land Development Banks" vide H.P. Act No 16 of 1987, effective from 16th November, 1987.
