Section 21: Manner of exercising vote

The Himachal Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1968State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 3 of 1969

(1) Every member of a society shall exercise his vote in person and no member shall be permitted to vote by proxy.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the society which is a member of another society, may appoint such number of its members as may be prescribed, to vote in the affairs of such other society.
