Section 41: Liability to furnish information

The Himachal Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1968State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 3 of 1969

Every officer and every member of a society shall furnish such information in regard to the transactions or working of the society as may be required of him by the Registrar or an auditor, arbitrator, liquidator or any person conducting an inspection or enquiry.
