Section 9: Evidence of registration

The Himachal Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1968State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 3 of 1969

Where a co-operative society is registered under this Act or is deemed to have been registered under subsection (3) of section 8, the Registrar shall issue a certificate of registration signed by him, which shall be conclusive evidence that the society therein mentioned is a society duly registered under this Act, unless it is proved that

1. Sub-section (1) substituted vide H.P. Act No. 9 of 2020.

THE HIMACHAL PRADESH CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 1968 13 the registration has been cancelled.
