Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Corneal Grafting Act, 1964State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 11 of 1964

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Corneal Grafting Act, 1964.

(2) It extends to 1 [the areas comprised in Himachal Pradesh immediately before 1 st November, 1966.]

(3) It shall come into force on such date 2 and in such area or areas as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf.
