Section 2: Definitions

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) "High Court" means the High Court of 4 [Himachal Pradesh];

(b) "Official Gazette" means the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh;

(c) "State Government" means 5 [the Government of Himachal Pradesh].
