Section 16: Power to remove difficulties

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Distribution Management Responsibility Act, 2014State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 5 of 2015

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of three months from the date of coming into force of this Act.

(2) Every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the State Legislative Assembly.
