Section 35: Service of notice of the application

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) The Commission may direct that notice of the application be served on the Central Government, the State Government, the local authority or any other authority or person or body as the Commission may direct in such form with such particulars and in such manner as the Commission may consider appropriate.

(2) The applicant shall apply for and obtain the no objection certificate required from the Central Government in terms of clause (ii) of sub- section (2) of section 15 of the Act before the application is placed for hearing by the Commission for grant of the licence.
