Section 49: Generating companies and captive generating stations

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

The generating companies and other persons who have established generating stations including captive generating stations in the State and the persons who desire to establish such generating stations 28 including captive generating stations shall furnish to the Commission the technical details of the generating stations as per Form CB-18 Annexure-XVI within 30 days of notification of these regulations or within 30 days of the commencement of generation of electricity at the station, whichever is later.
