Section 18: Prioritization of complaints

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2013State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

As far as is possible and practical, the grievances shall be prioritized for redressal based on the following priority order :- 2 [(1) safety related issues

(2) non-supply, connection/disconnection/quality/reliability of supply.]

(3) meter-related issues

(4) billing-related issues

(5) other issues:

Provided that it should be ensured that all grievances are disposed of within the time lines specified under these Regulations.
