Section 13: DSM programme completion report

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Demand Side Management) Regulations, 2011State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) The licensee shall prepare and submit phase-vise Programme Completion Reports and submit the same to the Commission as per the schedule approved by the Commission.

(2) The report under sub-regulation (1) shall cover the programme expenses, achievements, outcome, outputs, experienced constraints and difficulties, conclusions, recommendations, lessons learned and way forward.
