Section 15: Issue of orders and directions

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Performance Standards) Regulations, 2010State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) Subject to the provisions of the Act and these regulations, the Commission may, from time to time, issue orders and directions in regard to the implementation of these regulations and procedure to be followed on various matters.

(2) Where the licensee fails to comply with any order or direction issued under these regulations, he shall be liable for appropriate action against him under sections 142 and 146 read with section 149 of the Act.
