The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (General Conditions of Trading Licence) Regulations, 2004State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) All issues arising in relation to interpretation of these regulations and as to the terms and conditions thereof shall be a matter for the determination of the Commission and the decision of the Commission on such issues shall be final, subject only to the right of appeal under section 111 of the Act.

(2) The Commission may, at the time of grant of trading licence, waive or modify the application of any of the provisions of these regulations either in the order granting the licence or by way of specific conditions made applicable to a specific trading licence.
