The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term and Medium-term Intra-State Open Access and Relate…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181, read with sections 39, 40, 42 and 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, after previous publication, hereby makes the following regulations :-

CHAPTER-1 PRELIMINARY

1. Short title, commencement and extent. - (1) These regulations shall be called the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term and Medium-term Intra-State Open Access and Related Matters) Regulations, 2010.

(2) These regulations, except regulations 1, 2, 4 and 26 shall come into force on 3 [such date as may be notified by the Commission] and regulations 1, 2, 4 and 26 of these regulations shall come into force on the date of the publication of these regulations in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh:

Provided that the date notified under these sub- regulation shall be after the date on which the detailed procedure under regulation 26 of these regulations has been approved by the Commission.
