Section 18: ARR for State Load Despatch Centre

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Levy and Collection of Fees and Charges by State Load Despatch Centre) Regulations,…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

The aggregate revenue requirement for the State Load Despatch Centre for each year of the control period shall contain the following components :-

(a) operation and maintenance expenses;

(b) return on equity;

(d) depreciation; and

(e) interest on working capital.
