Section 2: Definitions

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Manner of Service and Publication of Notice by the State Commission) Regulations, 2…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) “Act” means the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003);

(b) “Appellate Authority” means the authority prescribed under section 127 of the Act:

(d) “Regulations” means these regulations; and

(e) other words and expressions used and not defined in these regulations, but defined in the Act, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
