The concerned Project Entity(ies) shall submit the draft scheme(s), complete in all respects and duly supported by the cost benefit analysis, proposed for funding from State PSDF to the Nodal Agency under intimation to the Appraisal Committee and the Commission by 30th September, 2020 and subsequently by the end of each quarter.
