Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Promotion of Generation from the Renewable Energy Sources and Terms and Conditions…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) These Regulations may be called the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Promotion of Generation from the Renewable Energy Sources and Terms and Conditions for Tariff Determination) Regulations, 2012.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 18.12.2012, and unless reviewed earlier or extended by the Commission, shall remain in force till 1 [30.09.2017.]
