Section 40: Tariff for lower or higher generation

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Promotion of Generation from the Renewable Energy Sources and Terms and Conditions…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

The tariff based on normative quantum of net saleable energy corresponding to the normative CUF, or any other higher CUF taken into consideration for the project specific determination of tariff as per the provisions of Compendium of HPERC Regulations, March 2021 31 regulation 14, as the case may be, shall be applicable for the entire quantum of net saleable energy actually achieved irrespective of whether such quantum is higher or lesser than the normative quantum of net saleable energy taken into consideration for determination of the tariff.
