Section 44: Issue of Orders and Practice Directions

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Wheeling Tariff and Retail Supply Tariff)…State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) Subject to the provision of the Act and these regulations, the Commission may, from time to time, issue orders 11 and practice directions, prescribe formats in regard to the implementation of these regulations and procedure to be followed on various matters, which the Commission has been empowered by these regulations to direct, and matters incidental or ancillary thereto.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in these regulations, the Commission shall have the authority, either suo-motu or on a petition filed by any interested or affected person, to determine the tariff of any licensee.
