Section 36: Multi-Year Filings for the Control Period

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff) Regulations, 2011State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

(1) The multiyear tariff filing shall be in such form and in such manner as may be laid down by the Commission by an 1 [order] and also as per the provisions of the Conduct of Business Regulations.

(2) The transmission licensee shall also submit the multiyear tariff filing in electronic format to the Commission.
