Section 12: Initial Spares

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Hydro Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2011State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

For hydro generating stations, initial spares shall be capitalised as a percentage of the original project cost, subject to the ceiling norm of 1.5%:

Provided that the Commission, may for sufficient reasons to be recorded in writing, after exercising due diligence and applying prudency check, deviate from the above ceiling norm.
