Section 28: Billing and payment of charges

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Hydro Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2011State Regulations of Himachal Pradesh · 2003

Bills shall be raised for capacity charge and energy charge on monthly basis by the generating company in accordance with these regulations, and payments shall be made by the beneficiaries directly to the generating company.

Note.- FEHS = Free energy for State, in percent and shall be taken at actual subject to maximum of 13% in accordance with the National Hydro Policy.
