For metering and accounting, the provisions of 1 [the regulations framed by the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) under section 177 (c) and] the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Grid Code, as amended from time to time, shall be applicable.
2 [34. Safety Standards .- The generating company shall develop a safety manual and comply with regulations framed in this regard by the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) under section 53 and section 177 (2) (b) of the Act.]
PART-V MULTI YEAR TARIFF FILING PROCEDURE 3 [35. Multi-Year Fillings for the control period .- (1) “For the Approval of the Commission, the multi-year ARR and tariff filing for each year of the control period 1 Ins. vide Not. vide Not No. HPERC/F (5)(3)(1) (Gen.) dated 1 st Nov., 2013 published in the R H.P.
dated 4 th November, 2013 at p. 4599-4606. Before insertion Regulation 33 read as under:- “33. Metering and Accounting.- For metering and accounting, the provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Grid Code, as amended from time to time, shall be applicable.” 2 Subs. vide Not. No. HPERC/F (5)(3)(1) (Gen.) dated 1 st Nov., 2013 published in the R H.P. dated 4 th November, 2013 at p. 4599-4606 and before its substitution regulation 34 it stood as under:
“34. Safety Standards .- The generating company shall develop a safety manual and follow procedures to maintain minimum safety standards during construction, operation, etc. in line with the provisions of section 53 of the Act.” 3 Subs. vide vide Not No. HPERC/F (5)(3)(1) (Gen.) dated 1 st Nov., 2013 published in the R H.P.
dated 4 th November, 2013 at p. 4599-4606 and before its substitution regulation 35 read as under:- “35. Multi-Year Filings for the control period.- (1) The multiyear tariff filing shall be in such form and in such manner as may be laid down by the Commission by an order and also as per the provisions of the Conduct of Business Regulations.
26 Compendium of HPERC Regulations, March 2021 consistent with the business plan, shall be done by the petitioner generator not less than 120 days before the commencement of the first year of the control period or such other date as may be directed by the Commission, in such form and in such manner as may be laid down by the Commission by an 1 order and also as per the provisions of the Conduct of Business Regulations.
(2) The applicant shall also submit the multi-year ARR and tariff filing in electronic format to the Commission.]
