Section 18: Power to impose conditions for loans

The Himachal Pradesh Ex-servicemen Corporation Act, 1979State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 8 of 1980

In making any loan authorised by this Act, the Corporation may impose such conditions as it may think necessary or expedient for protecting the interest of the Corporation:

Provided that interests on such loan shall be chargeable at such concessional rates as may, from time to time, be fixed by the Corporation with the prior approval of the Government.
