Section 35: Delegation of Powers

The Himachal Pradesh Ferries Act, 1956State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 10 of 1956

The State Government may, from time to time, delegate, under such restrictions as it thinks fit, any of the powers conferred on it by this Act to the District Magistrate of the District or any other Magistrate of a District, or to such other officers as it thinks fit, by name or by virtue of his office.
