Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Fire Fighting Services Act, 1984State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 30 of 1984

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Fire Fighting Services Act, 1984.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.

(3) It shall come into force in the State, on such date 3 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and different provisions of this Act.
